What to expect when you arrive? 

  • Come on in and meet with a Coach. They are here to answer any and all of your questions, show you around the facility, and talk to you about your goals/needs. 

  • Personal movement screening

    • Gives us an idea of where you are at physically and if there are any specific areas to be addressed

  • Get you moving!

    • Give you a better idea of what a day to day looks like at LEAP through an introduction to dynamic workouts, a few staple exercises, the Myzone heart rate strap, and our trainers/members. 

  • Go over your options for membership,  allows you to think about what works best for you, and get you started on your 2 week trial if need be.

  • We want you to feel comfortable, informed, and excited about LEAP. You will leave ready to come back with a great plan to start training and get the results you want!
