After purchasing your trial online, a member of our team will contact you via email or phone to schedule your initial consultation and one on one workout.  

This involves meeting with a coach to discuss your goals and needs.  Once we have an idea of what those are, we will perform a quick movement screen (about 10 minutes) to make sure everything is in order and see if there is anything we should focus on in particular.  If desired, you will have the opportunity to wear a Myzone heart rate strap to experience the benefits of that membership perk during your workout. Following a dynamic warmup, we will go through a few exercises to get your feet wet.  You will get a chance to meet our trainers and members, as well as familiarize yourself with everything our exclusive club has to offer.  

Don't worry, this is not a meeting with a salesman, but we will go over all membership options so that you can think about what works best for you as you complete your trial.  You will leave ready to come back with a great plan to start training and get the results you want!


After completion of your initial consultation and one-on- one workout, your 2 week trial gives you access to the facility for 6 team training workouts.  You will be able to schedule these at your convenience.  There are many times and options available Monday through Saturday..  Scheduling and viewing our classes is very easily done through the Mindbody app on your phone .  We can't wait for you to join us in class, just bring your water bottle, mask, and change of training shoes.!


At the conclusion of your trial, you will be able to choose between a few different membership options based on your training preferences and budget. These options allow you access to the facility for a certain number of training services you desire. You will never have to go anywhere else for your training needs!  In your first consultation, we go over all pricing and answer any other questions you may have, so that way there are no surprises if you decide you wish to stick with us.  We can't wait to work with you and show you that we care through our actions and not just our words!


You've already gotten to experience some one-on-one attention in your consultation, now it's time to join up with a maximum of 8 other hard working members! 


Team training is great on it's own or to supplement with your routine of personal training and/or nutrition consultation.  We offer 4 types of classes that cover all of the major paradigms of training: Strength and conditioning, Metcon, HIIT, and Boxing/Kickboxing.  For more detailed information of the classes click on the "Our Services" tab in the menu.


Another perk at LEAP is the ability to take advantage of the benefits of "Myzone", a heart rate based effort tracking system.  Myzone allows you to keep track of your workouts, monitor your heart rate during a session to see how hard you are working, and earn effort points that enable you to set goals for yourself and challenge your friends!
