To start your 3, 6, or 12 month program you will first be given a questionnaire to fill out that will tell us everything we need to know about you.
Your First Meeting...
After analyzing your lifestyle habits and daily routine, we will meet for your first consultation to go over our fitness based nutrition guidelines.
We will also take an initial body composition assessment, and go over our findings on a simple tweak or 2 to make in your daily routine that will immediately spark a positive change towards reaching your goals.
We will then meet every 2 weeks to reassess your progress and compliance to the new daily behavior goals that we have set together.
We will also have a simple nutrition lesson prepared that is relevant to your lifestyle.
This will give you a better understanding of why we are forming these new habits and the ability to carry them on for yourself indefinitely. No more seesawing!
Continuing your progress...
Over time, we will continue to add in new habits to form. This way our progress will not stagnate and you can reach your ultimate goal.
Before you know it, you will be reprogrammed with the ability to be the healthiest and happiest version of you!
