This 8-week program is designed for runners training for the 2025 Chicago Marathon — or anyone looking to improve strength, endurance, and form.
Build a stronger foundation so you can run more efficiently, with less pain and lower injury risk.
Only 8 Spots are available in our group program.
Personalized 1:1 sessions with more extensive assessments can be set up at custom times during the week.

Cost = $475 for members & $675 for non members
